2.1 Australian Deliveries
We deliver to all Australian states and territories, including metropolitan, regional, and most remote areas.
2.2 International Deliveries
We currently ship to the following countries:

Important: We only ship to the countries listed above. If your country is not listed, we cannot process your order at this time.
3. Order Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM AEST are typically processed within 2 business days.
- Processing begins once payment is confirmed and inventory is verified.
- Pre-order or custom items may have longer processing times, which are always indicated on the product page.

We work with reliable carriers to ensure safe delivery. All timeframes are in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). For clarity, approximate calendar days are also provided.

- For international shipments, tracking updates may take up to 5 business days to appear.
- If tracking shows no updates for more than 5 business days, please contact us for assistance.
8. Address Requirements and Changes
- Provide full name, street, unit or apartment number, correct postal/ZIP code, and phone number for international orders.
- Address changes must be requested immediately after placing the order. Once processing begins, changes may not be possible.
- Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur reshipping fees.
