Free standard shipping is available on all orders to supported destinations. This policy applies to all purchases made on www.dogmindco.com.

2. Countries We Ship To

2.1 Australian Deliveries
We deliver to all Australian states and territories, including metropolitan, regional, and most remote areas.

2.2 International Deliveries
Dog Mind Co. ships to a wide range of international destinations across Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Americas, and the Middle East.

Available shipping destinations are always displayed at checkout. If your country appears during checkout, we can deliver to your address.

3. Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed before 5:00 PM AEST are typically processed within 2 business days.

Processing begins once payment is confirmed and inventory availability is verified.
Pre-order or custom items may require additional processing time, which will always be clearly stated on the product page.

4. Shipping Times and Methods
We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure safe delivery. All timeframes below are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, local postal services, or peak periods.

Australia:
Processing time: 1–3 business days  
Estimated delivery time: 9–17 business days

International destinations:
Processing time: 1–3 business days  
Estimated delivery time: 11–18 business days

These timeframes are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

5. Delivery Locations
We ship to:
- Residential and business addresses
- Parcel lockers where available
- PO Boxes for smaller parcels, subject to carrier restrictions

No additional shipping fees are charged at checkout.

Tracking typically activates within 24–48 hours after dispatch.
For international shipments, tracking updates may take up to 5 business days to appear.

8. Address Requirements and Changes
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate, including full name, street address, unit or apartment number (if applicable), correct postal or ZIP code, and contact phone number for international deliveries.

Address changes must be requested immediately after placing your order. Once processing begins, changes may not be possible.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require reshipping.

9. Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are not included in our product prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
